Each year we provide an office update and we thought it would be timely to re-introduce you to the team, and given the kind weather we have been enjoying we took the opportunity to update our team photo. Taylor Money is now a team of 17, and you can familiarise yourself with everyone here.
In order to provide the best possible service to our clients, we would like to draw your attention to how we will be answering your queries going forward.
For calls made to the office; a member of our Client Services Team (Heather, Claire, Mary, Hayley, Amber and Shannon) will ask you a few questions in order to best manage your enquiry. They can make or rearrange appointments and assist with paperwork, and they will direct your call on to a Wealth Manager if needed. A similar approach will be taken with emails.
Each of our Wealth Managers is supported by a member of the Client Services Team as follows:
Jonathan Money – Amber Weetch
Philip Feast – Hayley Capps
Paul Bannister – Claire Stephens
Jonty Brooks – Mary Cramp
They can check diaries and emails, and as they work with specific clients they have the knowledge to assist you as best they can if the Wealth Manager is unavailable or out of the office.
In other news, we are pleased to announce we have recently welcomed Shannon Waters to Taylor Money. Shannon comes to us with a background in accounts and has begun her training within the Client Services Team.
Our trainee Paraplanners, Mark Bannister and Sophie Tomlin, have been with us for 6 months now and have passed their first set of Paraplanning exams with flying colours. Since gaining initial experience within the Client Services Team, they will be supporting Senior Paraplanner Neil Woodward and the Wealth Managers on a day to day level.
Finally, our offices themselves have also been given somewhat of a spruce up and as well as brand new office furniture, there is also a fresh lick of paint on the walls as well.
As ever, we very much encourage face to face meetings and would be delighted to see you here, or wherever best suits you. Our Client Services Team will be ready to assist you, and we serve a pretty good cup of coffee too.
